How often should my carpets be cleaned?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend residential carpeting to be professionally cleaned at least once a year.

Do you recommend cleaning my carpets with my own store bought carpet cleaning machine?
Absolutely!  These machines are great.  They allow you to maintain your carpeting all year round.  However, please do not confuse the purpose of these machines.  They are meant for routine maintenance of your household carpeting.  They are not meant to substitute professional cleaning.  These machines do not have the suction power to "Deep down" clean.  So, you maintain the surface of your carpeting, but you do not remove any of the dirt, bacteria, and oils that are compacted to the lower levels of the carpet by daily foot traffic.

How come some carpet cleaners advertise such low prices?
Remember the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."  Well, this is also true with these so called "Bait & Switch" operators.  Many carpet cleaning companies that advertise real low prices often tack on add-ons that cost a pretty penny.  Many times you do not even know about these add-ons until they have already started cleaning.  We have even seen some operators that will clean for this low price and be out the door in 10 minutes, or state "Well, if you want a good cleaning that will eliminate your stains and clean your carpet, we will have to charge you our deluxe services which costs much more."  Unfortunetly, there are bad apples in the industry.  Please be aware of these companies.
